
Brian is a seasoned sponsorship and marketing strategist with more than 25 years of experience in the fair, festival, and live-event industries. After beginning his career in professional sports, Brian recognized an opportunity to bring a more strategic, relationship-driven approach to sponsorship sales within the public-event sector. He founded Event Partnership in 2001, and since then has built the company into a leading regional agency specializing in revenue development, sponsor activations, and long-term brand alignments for major fairs and events throughout the Western United States.
Known for his collaborative style, attention to detail, and ability to connect brands with high-value audiences, Brian continues to lead Event Partnership with a focus on integrity, innovation, and exceptional client service.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys time with his family and is proud that his children now join him to work at events during the summer, continuing a tradition of community involvement and hands-on experience.

Kimberly is a co-founder of Event Partnership and has played an integral role in the company’s growth since its inception. She supports the business with contract administration, billing, and payments. She enjoys spending time with her family, particularly during the summer months when her children work alongside the team at events.

Gregg brings a unique perspective to Event Partnership, with extensive experience on the client side of partnerships for iconic brands like Carl’s Jr., Panda Express, Jack in the Box, and PepsiCo. He specializes in developing innovative marketing strategies that connect brands with audiences through fairs, festivals, concerts, and sports. Gregg collaborates closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that boost visibility and drive measurable results. Outside of work, Gregg enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, attending sporting events, and exploring new places together.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations from California State University, Chico in 2021, Holly joined the Event Partnership team in 2023 as the Sponsorship Relations Manager. She works with clients to provide sponsorship creative & on-site documents, coordinates with event organizers to fulfill client requests, ensures contract deliverables are met, and more. In her free time, Holly can be found reading, playing video games or hanging out with her cat & two dogs.
